When you text Jimmie, we collect your phone number and the content of your messages. We use this information to provide personalized recommendations, remember your preferences across conversations, and improve our service.
We do not collect your name, email address, or any other personal information unless you voluntarily share it in conversation.
If you visit jimmie.ai, we may collect basic analytics data such as page views and referring URLs. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.
Your phone number is used to identify your conversation thread so Jimmie can remember context and preferences across messages. Your message content is used to understand what you're looking for and provide relevant recommendations.

We use the following third-party services to operate Jimmie:
Twilio for SMS messaging, Anthropic's Claude API for generating responses, Stripe for processing voluntary tips, and Railway for hosting. Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data that passes through their systems.
If you choose to tip Jimmie, the payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card information or payment details. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.
We retain your conversation history to provide a better experience over time. If you would like your data deleted, text STOP to Jimmie or contact us at the email below, and we will delete your conversation history and phone number from our system.
You can stop receiving messages from Jimmie at any time by texting STOP. You can resume by texting START. All conversations are user-initiated — we will not send unsolicited messages unless you have previously opted in to occasional updates.
Jimmie is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
